Great house with modern contemporary architecture, featuring excellent furniture and composed of:
1st Floor:
- Spacious living room with high ceilings, equipped with sofas, a chaise, an electric decorative fireplace, and a TV.
- Kitchen integrated with the living room, fully equipped with utensils, pots, cutlery, etc. It has a large counter with 6 chairs that complement the space.
- Complete laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, providing extra comfort for guests.
- Outdoor area with a large veranda, a table with 6 chairs.
2nd Floor: 3 suites:
- Spacious master suite with a king-size bed, work desk, large chaise (which can accommodate a child), TV, closet, and private bathroom.
- 2nd suite with a king-size bed, closet, TV, and private bathroom.
- 3rd suite with 2 twin beds, TV, closet, and private bathroom.
Guest Access: The condominium has a coded entrance to have better control of its visitors and provide a peaceful and safe stay.
The condominium has a Japanese food restaurant with lacarte or rodizio dishes and a private and well-equipped clubhouse which guests can access by paying a fee of $100.00 + 6.5% taxes directly at the frontdesck per day of use per house

Other details to note:
1. The following items are left at the house for your arrival: 1 shampoo, 1 rinse cream, 1 soap, and 2 toilet papers in each bathroom. In the kitchen 2 bag and garbage, 2 dishwasher soap, and a paper towel. In the laundry room 2 soaps for washing clothes.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHES due to hygiene issues.
I suggest that if you stay more than 2 days go to Walmart and shop for cleaning and bathing.
2. In all bathrooms we leave bath towels, hand towels for the number of guests that the house can accommodate.
All beds have sheets, duvets and pillows.
* We do not replace bed linen and towels during the guests' stay, all of our houses have a washing machine and dryer.
3. Crib: If you need a crib in the unit, please always request it 48 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
4. Propane Gas only Grill Rules: For the use of the barbecue there is a fixed fee of $65.00 for the entire length of the stay, for post checkout cleaning and propane replacement.

- If you pay by Paypal or Venmo we charge a 3.5% fee due to card charges.
5. PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
6. Objects and belongings: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.
7. Online shopping: We are not responsible for purchases made over the internet by guests, if there are shipping problems. We are not responsible for belongings left in the house, please check all your belongings when you leave so you don't forget anything in the house.
8. If the guest checks in after 11.00 pm, he will have to contact us and let us know so that we can make the necessary arrangements for the check-in.
9. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
10. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
11. Jacuzzi: Houses that have a jacuzzi on the balcony do not have additional fees added to the daily rates, this is a courtesy, if a problem occurs during your stay we do not refund amounts due to the jacuzzi not functioning properly. Do not throw any type of product into the water, subject to a fine of $150.00
12. Furniture and utensils: Please do not remove or move furniture and decorative ornaments from the original position of the house without prior permission, subject to a fine.
We are always at your disposal to provide you with excellent accommodation and allow you to have an amazing vacation while you are in our listing. Also, please keep in mind that our main form of communication is through Airbnb messages.
Note: We are not responsible for any left items at the unit.
Interaction with guests: We are always available to solve any type of problem or inconvenience that may affect your stay with us. We are available for maintenance or requests in the hours from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, call us on whatsap and we will return later, we support checkin until 10.00 pm.
House Rules:
1. Please be kind enough to take out all the garbage and leave it in the outdoor trash bin for pickup during check-out. If there's too much garbage left inside or outside the unit, a fine of US$ 200.00 may be charged.
2. We kindly request you not to smoke inside the house to maintain a fresh environment. Smoking indoors may result in a fine of US$ 400.00.
3. We love pets, but unfortunately, we can't accommodate them in the house. If you have a certified service dog, we'd be happy to consider your request with the necessary documentation. However, Emotional Support animals are not allowed, and failure to comply may result in a $400.00 fine.
4. To keep our floors clean and stain-free, we kindly ask you to remove your shoes, sneakers, or slippers before walking on the carpeted areas and in the rooms.
5. Parties are a blast, but we can't host them in the house due to the condominium rules. If you decide to go against this policy, there will be a fine of $500.00.
6. Please help us keep the house tidy by disposing of all leftover food in the garbage.
7. Don't worry about washing the dishes, just place them in the dishwasher and start the cycle before you leave.
8. Kindly avoid leaving them by the pool to prevent loss. In case of lost towels, a charge of $20.00 per towel will apply. Also, please refrain from using bath and face towels for makeup removal or as floor cloths, as they are white and costly to replace (charges may range from $18.00 to $25.00 for stained or damaged towels).
9. We've taken inventory of all the kitchen dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Please ensure they are all accounted for after your stay to help future guests. Missing items may incur a charge of $5.00 to $20.00, depending on the item.
