In the kitchen, there are 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, and 1 roll of paper towels. In the laundry room, 2 laundry detergent packets are provided. Please note that washcloths are not provided due to hygiene concerns.
- Shopping Recommendation: For stays longer than 2 days, it's advisable to visit a nearby Walmart for additional cleaning and bathing supplies.
- Towels and Bedding: Each bathroom is equipped with bath towels and hand towels for the number of guests the house accommodates. All beds are supplied with sheets, duvets, and pillows.
- Housekeeping: There is no replacement of linens and towels during your stay. Each house is equipped with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
POOL HEATER: The pool heater operates through a heat exchange system and may not function effectively near freezing temperatures. Pool heating is optional and available at most properties for an additional charge of $35 USD per night, requiring a minimum of 3 consecutive days with a 2-day advance request. Please note, pool heating requests made after 3 PM will take effect the next day, and it may take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the set temperature of 85F - 90F. No refunds will be issued for pool heating due to inclement weather. The pool heater pump includes a safety system to prevent overheating and may temporarily shut off in cold weather.
Propane Gas Grill Rules: A fixed fee of $65.00 covers the entire stay for the use of the barbecue, including post-checkout cleaning and propane replacement.
PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): Packages can be sent to the home during your stay and will be left at the doorstep. Note: USPS deliveries are not accepted as they do not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will deliver to the doorstep.
CRIB REQUEST: Cribs are available upon request, at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
ITEMS OR BELONGINS: We are not responsible for items or belongings left in the
house after checkout, please, when leaving, carefully check the removal of all
your belongings and suitcases from the house so that there are no problems.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily.
